In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hhhbd" refers to the online gaming platform operated at hhhbd.io, including all associated services, features, games, and content accessible through the platform.
• "Platform" means the hhhbd website accessible at hhhbd.io and any mobile-browser optimised version thereof.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the hhhbd platform and uses hhhbd services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the hhhbd platform, associated with a unique Bangladesh mobile number and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's hhhbd Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free credit awarded to a Player by hhhbd that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means the portion of a Player's Balance consisting of genuine deposited BDT, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as Real Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by hhhbd to confirm a Player's identity, age, and location.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, rules, and codes applicable to the operation of online gaming services and to the conduct of Players using those services.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the hhhbd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible to use the platform throughout the duration of your Account. hhhbd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any Balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the hhhbd platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hhhbd employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any Balances held across those Accounts may be forfeited pending the outcome of the review.

2.3 Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a functioning email address, and accurate personal identity details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral for further investigation. hhhbd is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

hhhbd's services are intended for Players located in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the hhhbd platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. hhhbd makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside those for which the platform is intended.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

hhhbd reserves the right to require identity verification at registration, upon withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by hhhbd may have their Account restricted, suspended, or closed, and any pending withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hhhbd strongly recommends that Players use a unique password not shared with any other online service and enable all available security features on their Account.

Players must notify hhhbd immediately at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account, believe their credentials have been compromised, or identify any transaction on their Account that they did not authorise. hhhbd will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

Players must not share their Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate their Account, or use any automated script, bot, or software to interact with the hhhbd platform. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — whether by the Player or by any third party who gains access due to the Player's failure to maintain security — is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hhhbd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at hhhbd's discretion. All deposits are credited to a Player's Account in BDT. hhhbd does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits; the amount credited to a Player's Account will equal the amount transmitted via the relevant payment provider, subject to any minimum deposit threshold.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. hhhbd reserves the right to adjust the minimum deposit threshold at any time with reasonable notice to Players. Deposits below the applicable minimum may be declined or returned to the originating payment account.

4.3 Deposit Verification

hhhbd reserves the right to request verification of any deposit, including documentation confirming that the payment method used is registered to and operated by the Account holder. Deposits made from payment accounts registered to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. Players may not use stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed funds to make deposits on the hhhbd platform.

4.4 Failed or Delayed Deposits

hhhbd is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing that arise from the Player's payment provider, network connectivity issues, or circumstances outside hhhbd's direct control. If a deposit is deducted from a Player's payment account but not credited to their hhhbd Account within a reasonable period, the Player should contact [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference and timestamp (BST) for investigation.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that is registered in the same name as the hhhbd Account holder. hhhbd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal request can be approved.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

hhhbd targets a standard withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests made via bKash or Nagad during normal operating hours (BST). Processing times for other payment methods or for requests that require additional review may be longer. hhhbd makes no binding guarantee as to the exact time any withdrawal will be credited to a Player's external payment account, as processing times may be affected by the payment provider's own systems and procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn. Players must satisfy the full Wagering Requirement stated at the time the Bonus was awarded before submitting a withdrawal request that includes Bonus-derived funds. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Account. Real Funds not subject to a Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification and these Terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

hhhbd may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per time period. Current withdrawal limits will be communicated within the Account settings section of the platform. hhhbd reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time, including as part of responsible gaming controls applied to individual Accounts.

hhhbd may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free credit, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including eligibility criteria, Wagering Requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

Players may only participate in a promotional offer once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. hhhbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational use by individual Players and may not be accumulated, transferred, or shared between Accounts.

hhhbd reserves the right to withhold or recover Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence that a Player has exploited promotional terms, engaged in bonus abuse, placed bets in patterns designed to reduce risk artificially, or otherwise acted contrary to the spirit of a promotional offer. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at hhhbd's sole and reasonable discretion and will be communicated to the Player via the email address registered to their Account.

VIP programme benefits — including monthly cashback, priority withdrawals, and dedicated account management available from the Gold tier upward — are awarded and administered at hhhbd's discretion based on verified wagering volume. VIP tier status and associated benefits may be adjusted downward if a Player's wagering activity falls below the applicable threshold during any review period. All games available on the hhhbd platform — including live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; slot titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and other providers; crash games from Spribe; and sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), handball, football, and other sports — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

All game outcomes on the hhhbd platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game elements conducted in real time by trained dealers. hhhbd does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a disconnection during a live game round, a display error, or a software fault — hhhbd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules determined by the relevant game provider and/or hhhbd's trading desk. In the event of a dispute regarding market settlement, hhhbd's determination shall be final, subject to the escalation procedure available through the support channel at [email protected]. Cricket markets, including BPL and IPL in-play markets, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published within the hhhbd sports section.

hhhbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following tools, accessible via Account settings, to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic on-screen notifications that appear at set intervals during a gaming session to alert them to the duration of their activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing the Player of the total amount wagered and total time spent in a session since last login.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the hhhbd platform. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, any remaining Real Funds Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment account.

All Players on the hhhbd platform must be 21 years of age or older; this requirement is enforced at registration and through ongoing account monitoring.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhhbd platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the hhhbd platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process on the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by hhhbd.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to manipulate market outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hhhbd staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or responsible gaming controls by registering a new Account or using a third party's Account.

hhhbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct inconsistent with the safe and fair operation of the platform. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, hhhbd will notify the Player via the registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity for the Player to respond to the findings before a final determination is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm or further loss.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Funds Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment account following completion of applicable KYC verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.

All content on the hhhbd platform — including but not limited to the hhhbd brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game imagery, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of hhhbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the hhhbd platform without the prior written consent of hhhbd. Any unauthorised use of hhhbd's intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, hhhbd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the hhhbd platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or hhhbd had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hhhbd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

hhhbd is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from causes beyond hhhbd's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

hhhbd collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hhhbd.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players who wish to understand how their data is used, request access to their data, or request deletion of their data should contact [email protected].

hhhbd implements SSL encryption across all login, Account management, and payment endpoints. Player data is stored on secured servers and is not sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by Applicable Law, for the purposes of KYC verification via approved identity providers, or for payment processing via the Player's chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

hhhbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hhhbd will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered to their Account or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the hhhbd platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
